An important theme in our work this year has been Improvement and Change, to deliver more tenant focussed services. The 'What's your landlord been up to? Gwalia Neighbourhood Tenant Annual Report outlines the key issues that have come from tenants's feedback this year: what our tenants wanted to see, what we did and what more we will do in the future to meet the needs of our tenants.
